Which Yoga Class is Right for You?
Find the class that fits your energy, goals, and experience level.

Not Sure Where to Start? You’re Not Alone.
If you’re new to yoga—or just new to IN Power Yoga KC—it’s completely normal to feel unsure about which class to take first.
The good news? There’s no wrong choice — just a place to start.
Our classes are designed to support all levels, and our instructors will guide you every step of the way.
Start Here: Choose What Feels Right for You
I want to relax, slow down, and de-stress
Try: Yin Yoga
- Slow, gentle, and meditative
- Helps release tension and improve flexibility
- Great if you’re feeling tight, stressed, or overwhelmed

I want to build strength and feel energized
Try: Hot Vinyasa Flow
- Movement-based class that links breath and flow
- Builds strength, balance, and confidence
- Modifications are always offered

I’m brand new and a little nervous
Start with: Yin Yoga or Beginner-Friendly Vinyasa
- Both are welcoming and supportive
- You can move at your own pace
- No experience needed

I’m interested in breathwork or something more meditative
Try: Kundalini Yoga (when available)
- Combines breathwork, movement, and meditation
- Supports mental clarity and emotional balance
- A unique, more introspective experience

What If I’m Still Not Sure?
Many of our students try a class and then adjust based on how it feels. There’s no pressure to get it perfect on your first visit.
The most important step is simply showing up — we’ll guide you from there.
Our instructors will help you modify poses, take breaks when needed, and find what works best for your body.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
- You don’t need to be flexible
- You don’t need prior experience
- You can go at your own pace
- Everyone starts somewhere

Looking for Something Different?
In addition to our regular classes, we also offer a variety of workshops and specialty experiences throughout the year.
These may include:
- Sound Baths
- Chakra Workshops
- Kundalini-focused sessions
- Seasonal and special events
Each experience is a little different and designed to support deeper relaxation, learning, or exploration.
