My absolute favorite yoga studio!

My happy place 💛. The people, community, feeling welcome and always greeted by name. The practice in the hot studio is incredible. Support is great. Owner is amazing. Instructors are amazing. Best yoga community. You are welcome here, no matter your level of experience.

This heated yoga studio is the very best in KC! A life changer for mind, body & soul. Not only is it an incredible community of individuals but it’s teamed by an owner/leader who is powered with so much body expertise. Chris is truly one of a kind with an open all included “sees” each person with their individuality & uniqueness (all of the instructors have her unique way and sparkle in their own special way). You will not only get an awesome (tough as you make it/level) workout, you’ll get ‘unique’ to you guidance from a certified body trainer throughout. It’s an experience you will want to come back to every time!

Beautiful new, clean studio. All the teachers offer a great practice with multiple options. Hot yoga is the best and has really helped me in my health journey with pre-diabetes, mobility and stress management.
