Program by Week:
Week 1 – Yoga for Overall Fitness
Week 2 – Meditation – the How & Why
Week 3 – Grow your Practices
Week 4 – Expand your Practices
How it goes:
You’ll check IN. Leave shoes/phones/etc. in cubbies and take a spot on a mat in the practice room.
We’ll begin with 10 -15 minutes of weekly focus, plus a short meditation, followed by 60 minutes of yoga practice.
What to bring:
Water bottle, sweat towel, yoga mat (or borrow one of ours).
Program begins at 7:00 pm; doors open at 6:40 pm.
Full four weeks – $50
