Yoga Nidra: Return to Yourself — Grounding

October 7 @ 7:00 pm - 8:15 pm
$40.
Yoga Nidra Overland Park

October 7, 2026
Led by Lyndi Munro

As the seasons begin to shift, October invites us to slow down, reconnect, and find our center.

Return to Yourself is a grounding Yoga Nidra practice designed to help you step away from the noise and demands of everyday life and reconnect with the steady place within. Through guided relaxation, breath awareness, and visualization, you’ll be invited to feel more rooted, present, and connected to yourself.

What Is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice designed to bring the body into deep relaxation while the mind remains gently aware. Unlike a traditional yoga class, there is little to no movement involved. You’ll simply lie comfortably while being guided through breathing, body awareness, visualization, and mindfulness techniques that help calm the nervous system and quiet the mental chatter of everyday life.

No yoga experience or flexibility is required. Yoga Nidra is accessible to everyone.

Many people leave a Yoga Nidra practice feeling deeply rested, grounded, and mentally refreshed. This workshop offers a peaceful, supportive space to reduce stress, encourage relaxation, create emotional balance, and reconnect with yourself.

What to Bring

Wear comfortable, loose clothing and bring a yoga mat along with anything else you need to feel comfortable lying or sitting during the session. You’re also welcome to bring a journal if you’d like to reflect on your experience afterward.
