Yoga Nidra: Enough — Gratitude & Abundance

November 11 @ 7:00 pm - 8:15 pm
$40.
Yoga Nidra Overland Park

November 11, 2026
Led by Lyndi Munro

In a season often centered around gratitude, Enough invites you to experience it on a deeper level.

This Yoga Nidra practice explores gratitude, abundance, and contentment by shifting the focus from what’s next or what’s missing to what is already here. Through deep relaxation and guided reflection, you’ll be invited to recognize the fullness of the present moment and reconnect with a sense of enough.

What Is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice designed to bring the body into deep relaxation while the mind remains gently aware. Unlike a traditional yoga class, there is little to no movement involved. You’ll simply lie comfortably while being guided through breathing, body awareness, visualization, and mindfulness techniques that help calm the nervous system and quiet the mental chatter of everyday life.

No yoga experience or flexibility is required. Yoga Nidra is accessible to everyone.

Many people leave a Yoga Nidra practice feeling deeply rested, grounded, and mentally refreshed. This workshop offers a peaceful, supportive space to reduce stress, encourage relaxation, create emotional balance, and reconnect with yourself.

What to Bring

Wear comfortable, loose clothing and bring a yoga mat along with anything else you need to feel comfortable lying or sitting during the session. You’re also welcome to bring a journal if you’d like to reflect on your experience afterward.
