SOUND BATH & MEDITATION

In the frequencies of Heart’s Harvest

Heart’s Harvest is a seasonal sound bath and meditation ceremony woven for the threshold between abundance and rest. As the light softens and the air carries the scent of change, we gather in stillness to honor all that this year has given us—seen and unseen. Through crystalline tones, grounding frequencies, and gentle guided meditation, you’ll be led inward to sift through the fields of your own experience, collecting the moments, lessons, and love that continue to nourish your spirit.

In this sacred space, the sounds will help loosen the grip of what has grown heavy or outlived its season, making space for what still sustains you. We will release what no longer feeds the soul, honoring it before letting it go. You’ll leave as though carrying a basket filled with autumn’s bounty—rooted in gratitude, clear in your heart’s truth, and restored to a quiet wholeness that will carry you into the months ahead. What is a Sound Bath & Meditation?

It is done as a group with members either sitting or lying on the floor. The gentle healing effects of the harmonic sounds emitted by the various Tibetan singing bowls used will create a deeper mediation and sense of relaxation. The idea is that you are “bathed” in sound while you are meditating.

You may want to bring a pillow, blanket, and water for your comfort.

Dorothy Tannahill-Moran is certified in a Sound Healing program that deploys the use of tested and certified singing bowls known for very targeted, healing properties of body, mind, and soul.  Few people in the US have been through this training or possess these frequencies making this type of event a rare opportunity to receive treatment with this type of healing focus.
