March 2026 Sound Bath – in the frequencies of Calling Back Your Energy

Calling Back Your Energy is a sound bath for anyone who’s felt pulled in too many directions, drained by constant output, or stretched beyond their emotional edges.   Throughout daily life pieces of your attention, focus and vitality scatter-into responsibilities, relationships, worries, unfinished tasks, and the subtle pressures to keep showing up. This experience helps you gently gather those scattered pieces, reclaim what’s yours, and return your awareness to the quiet power of your own energy inward rather than leaking it outward.

As the frequencies move through the body, they help restore your boundaries, soothe overstimulated systems, and create a sense of containment that feels both grounding and empowering, By the end, you’ll feel cleared, more whole, and more anchored in yourself- not because you pushed or protected, but because you returned home to your own energy.

What is a Sound Bath & Meditation?

It is done as a group with members either sitting or lying on the floor. The gentle healing effects of the harmonic sounds emitted by the various Tibetan singing bowls used will create a deeper meditation and sense of relaxation. The idea is that you are “bathed” in sound while you are meditating.

You may want to bring a pillow, blanket and water for your comfort.

Dorothy Tannahill-Moran is certified in a Sound Healing program that deploys the use of tested and certified singing bowls known for very targeted, healing properties of body, mind and soul. Few people in the US have been through this training or possess the frequencies making this type of event a rare opportunity to receive treatment with this type of healing focus.
