Bring your Kiddos, ages 5-12, for this Yoga Workshop experience. They’ll benefit from Yoga, Meditation, Mindful Crafts & Intentional Movement!
All experience levels welcome. Bring a mat (or borrow ours), a water bottle & wear cozy exercise clothing.
Cost is $40 for 1.5 hours & parents are invited to stay for no additional charge.
