To create a steady foundation in a power yoga practice, we build the pose from the ground up. IN this Foundation Masterclass from IN Power Yoga, we’ll build and grow your yoga practice, infuse your actions with confidence, and invite ease into your journey.
Through guided exploration, you’ll embody simple and effective principles of movement, recognize and break free of habitual actions, and shed ineffective forms and limiting beliefs that hold you back and limit your growth on the yoga mat.
Together, we’ll ground your yoga practice and foster an enhanced sense of possibility and confidence in every pose and breath.
Your yoga journey is an ongoing adventure! Lead by Chris Bremerman, Baptiste Yoga Educator and Personal Trainer, in this one workshop you can create a new and meaningful connection for yourself and your body, both on and off the yoga mat.
