Baptiste-Inspired Hot Vinyasa Flow

IN Power Hot Yoga is an invigorating, healing, and detoxifying practice that links movement of the body with the power of the breath. Each session is a unique experience infused with inspiration and music (varies) rooted in the foundation of Baptiste Power Yoga.

Classes available to all levels and experiences with modifications and variations of the poses and themes, fostering a supportive, inclusive and uplifting Community.

This practice builds strength, improves flexibility, magnifies your body’s energy, and calms your mind by focusing on the present moment and breath.

The space includes HEPA filtration and is heated with infrared panels that offer many benefits including detoxification, pain relief, a softening of the muscles that protects from injury, and many more.

Welcome to IN Power Yoga. You Are Ready Now.
Room Temp: 95 degrees, You will sweat.

While “yang” yoga focuses on your muscles, “yin” yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, and joints. It’s slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Because you’re holding poses for a longer period of time than you would in other traditional types of yoga, yin yoga helps you stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts. Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels. All levels can benefit from props like blocks and blankets.

A great compliment to our power vinyasa, Kundalini yoga consists of unique breathing patterns, asana movement, and sound vibrations thru mantra recitation. This ancient practice completely transforms us from the inside out. It is known as the psychology of yoga because it can change your brain patterns, your cells and glandular system, your nervous system and your experience of you!  In Kundalini yoga, you will hear the Sanskrit mantra/phrase “Sat Nam” which means Truth Name. Translating this mantra further as a means to connect with one’s true identity, highest self and serves as a reminder to live authentically and in alignment with our own truth.
